I always walk the course unless forced to take a cart. Purchased all white tourlite bag w no logos at pro shop in California. A few holes into a tournament the screws holding left leg fell out and the leg fell off. The bag was only a couple of weeks old. I fixed the leg by sticking a tee into the spot where the screws were. The next round one of the plastic o-rings that holds the shoulder strap broke. No fix for this. Had to carry the bag by the handle most of the round. I have owed several stand bags and have never had either of these problems. I returned the bag. Received a white/gray bag w/TM logos all over it (not the same!). W/in a few weeks I noticed the screws on the left leg coming lose and have now had to tighten them several times. A friend of mine has the same bag and he had the same problem w/the leg coming off. Mesh on water bottle pocket already starting to fray.nnOn the good side. Comfortable, light bag with plenty of space for 14 clubs. All major pockets provide. Although wish water pocket was more like the microlite. Would be nice to have waterproof pocket too. Leg action (kick out) isn't always the best.nnDue to quality issues likely going back to Ping bags.
I got the all grey one. I really like the understated style and more importantly so does my wife. goes well with a lot of casual attire and summer wear (although it's not a really lightweight vented hat).nnRuns a little big. I wear a 7 1/4 to 7 3/8 fitted and the L/XL (two sizes fit all; also make a S/M) is just a little looser than perfect but I think that the S/M would be too small.nnIn any case, would purchase it again. Have gotten a lot of compliments on it.
I never write reviews....it was a must for this hat. I have a large head and prefer hats to sit lower on my head. This is a perfect option for those looking to wear on and off the course. It's the softest cotton hat I've come across. It's got a perfect broken-in feel but the color is not faded. The SPF 25 and really soft sweatband kept me cool as cucumber on a recent full sun spring day. nThis is the first unstructured hat I've found that works for larger head sizes or those who prefer their hat to sit a bit closer to the ears.
