First off, the PROS: Style is very nice. Not too modern or too contemporary but just right. Looks far better than the competitors shoes that are spikeless. Love the color scheme of black and white with blue accents. Looks like a pair of very stylish street shoes. They are light. Also the price is very reasonable.
The CONS: I have 9.5 wide EE (US) feet size. I have a pair of another brand and they fit just right but I wanted a pair that looked good but these shoes run a 1/2 smaller and a bit more narrow than what I am use too.
The first day I had these I took them out to the range. They felt fine at first. Not too tight and comfortable. I was hitting off of the mats and I knew these were very "grippy" when the mat moved when I swung. One thing I noticed was that balancing was somewhat harder and my left foot rolled a bit more than usual. I chaulk it up to getting use a new pair of shoes.
Second day, I had them for a full round of golf but I was riding and no problems. I received a lot of complements about them. At the end of the round I didn't even notice my feet being sore.
Third day, I walked a relatively flat course 18 holes. By the fourth hole I noticed that my right heal was starting to blister. I changed to a thicker pair of socks and it did not help. By the end of the round I had a blister on my right heal.
Waited for the blister to go away in about a week. Wore the shoes every day to "break them in".
Third round of golf played a more hilly golf course with a slope rating of 129. Walked 18 holes. Bought a new pair of socks and by the third hole the right heal blister was starting again and by the 9th hole I started to get a blister on my left heal. By the end of the round I had blisters on both feet and I noticed that both baby toes were pressing against the inside of the outer sole.
I am a little disappointed about this. I love the style and the grip the shoes has but I do not love getting sore feet. One other note, I spilled some water from my towel on the top of my feet and water got into my feet and socks.
I recommend these to those who have narrow to normal with feet. For those with wide feet get half a size larger.
I believe I am returning these shoes.
